ORDERING INFO

Completion of each item takes approximately 2 weeks.

Please keep in mind every item is handmade for you so if you need an item by a certain date, contact us before placing you order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We use USPS to ship our packages so if you need express shipping contact us in advance.

All orders within the United States will be provided with a tracking number.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer.

We will pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchanged products. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.

You can return a item or exchange it for a different item within 7 days of the date you received it. Please contact us to let us know you'd like to make a return or exchange, the item must be SHIPPED within 7 days from the date USPS claims the package was delivered (we have tracking number for every package that leaves our facilities and we can find out when the package was delivered to you). Travel time for the package to make it from you to us is not included in this 7 day count.

No returns on custom created items.
